The Kiss Thief definitely ruined me for any other romance novel! It's not only LJ Shen' s best work to date, but also among my top five reads of all times (and I was an English major, so you can only imagine the number of books I've read so far).

Shen achieved new levels of brilliance and sophistication in storytelling and character-creation. She is unrivaled when it comes to composing an awe-inspiring romance with a complex male protagonist, a strong-minded heroine, and an intricately well-thought plot.

Wolfe Keaton will absolutely blow your minds and thaw your hearts! He is extremely intelligent, shrewd, pitiless, and formidable. He carries himself with unyielding confidence, and oozes mystery and sex-appeal. Yet, he is not afraid to show vulnerability and bestow forgiveness in the name of love. He is ALL man, wrapped in a sexy suit and a lethal grin.

Francesca Rossi started out as a spineless and weak-willed character. She was pampered and sheltered her whole life, and seen as incapable of accomplishing anything other than being a compliant trophy wife and baby-carrier. However, as the story develops, Francesca manages to grow a backbone and stand up for herself more. She is relentless when it comes to achieving her goals and proving to those around her that there's more to her than meets the eye.

The Kiss Thief is undoubtedly a unique and fascinating book that will capture your hearts and leave you breathless! LJ Shen delivered such a marvelous story with impeccable writing-style, outstanding characters, and exhilarating plot. She brought together all the elements that make up a memorable romance and poured them into her storytelling. TKT left me with the most delightful book hangover that I never want to recover from.
